End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using AGDM Root Checker, you agree to the following:

1. The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
2. The application performs security-related checks for informational purposes and does not guarantee that a device is fully secure or fully compromised.
3. The developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including device issues, data loss, or service interruption.
4. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, lawful, non-commercial use unless another agreement says otherwise.
5. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the application except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
6. Optional features may read certain device information locally on your device only when you choose to use them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. The developer may update the application and these terms from time to time.
8. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the application.
